Under no circumstances is the information provided by project users and participants considered personal data, given that security measures have been put in place preventing the identification of the real people who take part as users or participants.
In line with these measures, users of the Relief Maps site who decide to create a user profile as participants, when creating a user name, must not use any personal details that would enable their identification.
The UOC, as owner of the Relief Maps website, informs users that the information they provide for any given project will only be seen by the creator of that project, for its stated purposes. Under no circumstances will the UOC or any third party have access to the information provided by the project's users. In accordance with this, in the event personal data are used in the creation of a user name, the UOC cannot be held responsible for any use or processing of this personal data.
